6 Ways to Stay in Shape

Like many girls my age, being confortable with my own body, play an important part on how I feel and show

*I always have eight hours of sleep

*I start my day with a little muscles streching in my bedroom ( It only takes five minutes or so).

*I pay attention to what I eat, for my breakfast I always include cereals, fruits, low fat milk, and sometimes yogurt.

* I really stay away from too much sugar and butter. Because besides some illness issues, it is must better to control it than to be on diet.

*. I must admit sometimes, I can't resist the call of a junk for a snack. Hey... nobody is perfect. But I always make sure I walk at least ten minutes a day, and I also clinmb the stairs instead of taking the elevator. It helps burning those calories.

*finally, I drink lot of water.

All of this really work for me. If you do your best regarding your health, you can only look good and feel better afterward.
