Leanna Archer 13, is living her dream as the CEO of Leanna's Inc, a hair and bodycare products she developed at 8 years old. Leanna was named by Inc magazine, one of the popular business magazine, the youngest 30 under 30 Entrepreneur.
It all started with compliments Leanna received from strangers about her beautiful hair. Then she thought about producing her great-grandmother handmade Pomade recipe she used on her hair, and share it with he world. her only challenge was convincing her parents that she was capable of following through an idea, then having their support and get everyone to take her seriously.
After orders from some friends who did like the sample of the product she gave them, all the family jumped on board. Her parents and two brothers helping with bookeeping, packaging and products testing.
Leanna remembered her early marketing effort "I'd Stop People and say: hey, try this product. That's how we got our first customers", she said.
