Preparation
1-Put the water and the sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil on medium heat. Stir frequently to dissolve the sugar.
2-Turn off the heat. Add the chocolate and butter, and continue to stir until the chocolate is smooth.
3-Add the milk and vanilla, and combine until the sauce is all the same, then serve warm.
