With the cold, we tend to have dry skin. So, it is important to keep your skin smooth and protected. For your morning shower, you should spend less than 10mn. Always use warm water and avoid soap, which tend to dry the skin, and that's not what you want. Instead, opt for a moisturizing cleanser.
When you're done, before your skin has completely dried, immediately apply a moisturiser lotion or cream to your whole body. Look for body lotions or cream with these primary ingredients (Mineral oil, petrolum, glycerin or shea butter). You can have them at any drugstore near you.
Most important, watch what you eat -not too much of anything- just what your body need. And always try to incorporate fruits to your meals.

Your body is an important part of who you are. Looking good, is not only about wearing the latest fashion trend, but really about taking good care of yourself inside and out. By this, I mean making sure your skin look fresh, that you eat healthy foods and you exercise regulary. You don't have to spend hours for that.
